A Look Inside the Mind
A dialogue on dialogue. Description: In the age of technology, the spoken and written words are suffering from LOLs, OMGs, and ROTFLs. The attendees will engage in the proper form of correspondence. Chat vs. Text vs. E-mail vs. Essays and Letters.

A Look Inside the Body
A dialogue on health. Description: The CDC states that 57% of African-American women are overweight and 20% of African-American teenagers between 12 and 19 are overweight. What are the causes and what are the solutions? The attendees will participate in an interactive dialogue on nutrition.

A Look Inside the Soul
A dialogue on race. Description: The students will watch 2-3 short live performances of monologues about race presented by teenagers of different ethnic backgrounds. Though portrayed by fictional characters, the students will connect empathetically and therefore provide an arena for a conversation on how race informs who, what and why we are and how it affects the community as a whole.
