Thank you for visiting our site. We hope that your heart is lifted by our efforts to help mold the dynamic women of our future. The Mademoiselle Social and Service organization was founded on the campus of Booker T. Washington High School and the High School for the Engineering Professions in Houston, Tex. by Mlle. Patsy Meeks in 1960. This organization was founded on the principles of promoting finer young womanhood and uplifting the community. Since its inception, the Mademoiselle organization has flourished to 15 high school campuses in the Houston area.

The MLLES (Mademoiselles) Alumnae, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed in 2004 by Mlle. Shannan E. Johnson and Mlle. Brandii Mayes.  The MLLES Alumnae, Inc. is comprised of former Mademoiselles who have joined forces to uplift Mademoiselle chapters through an annual conference, scholarship, and community service.

Our vision is to positively impact the lives of teenage girls through:

- Building self esteem
- Preparing for the future (educationally, personally and professionally)
- Providing service to the community
- Being positive examples and mentors
- Helping the Mademoiselle organization gain structure
- Activating Unofficial Mademoiselle Chapters
